UPDATE. solmar villas have recognised and understood my complaint against them, and as a reputable family run company who strive for customer satisfaction have offered me compensation and a free week holiday . This accomodation was below their usual standards and have rectified the problems.

Yes i believe so. I am so glad it has been resolved and they proved they are a good company to deal with.

no not a sales pitch, but i always speak my mind and i do think perhaps i was a little quick to speak my mind, and maybe should have given them a little more time to prove their worth. I dont like to speak unfairly about someone and after a long period of negotiation with them i lost my temper and thought id let the general public know how i felt, and i must be fair to solmar villas and let everyone know they did put things right eventually.
