Hi everybody out there.

I am travelling to Sri Lanka in December at the Bentota Beach, to get married .

We have booked a 7 day tour to begin with , taking in the elephant orphanage, Sigiriya Village, columbo, tea plantations to name but a few.

Can anyone give me any feedback about the standard of wedding photography out there and the video quantity, We have these included ,
just wondered if anygood.
Also any feedback about standards of wedding bouquets.

any feedback you can give me to make my day , wonderful would be appreciated. I have heard that Sri Lankan people are very friendly and warm.
That the food at the hotel is excellent,
many thanks
Sue Marshall .

Hi Sue,
I am very curious how you enjoyed your wedding and what you think of the wedding photography in Sri Lanka.

I have often been told that photographers spoil the day and order people around, but is this really so?

Hope you had a fantastic time

Got married 10 years ago at Bentota Beach, in the gardens of the hotel Ceysands. Married in early April and was very hot . Advise a morning ceremony. Wedding service is beautiful, about 30 mins and then the civil ceremony, 15 mins. Photography was brilliant, all inclusive with the Kuoni package price. Flowers were fresh, lemon and white, matching those decorating the bridal bower that you stand on for the wedding, beautiful ! My daughter was so impressed that she has chosen to marry in Sri Lanka in 3 weeks time, 25 of us travelling out to a different hotel as I think Ceysands needs a refurb! We have ordered drummers and an elephant ride as extras! Would definately recommend it if you want something really romantic and different. Have a lovely day!
