swimming in the sea.jellyfish?

we enjoy swimming in the sea,can amyone tell me if there are any unsavories like jellyfish (near the shore) please?

we were there on the 11/7/09, it's our fifth year!!! there was some little jelly fish near the shore, but they didnt sting or anything, infact people were picking them up, there is some seaweed but one day its fine, the next its not. but nothing to worry about the beach is lovely.
