| We thought about this hotel. Looking at the reviews it seemed that the hotel is quite nice... But there is a surge of visitors for the weekend wreaking havoc, especially around the pool and in the restaraunt.
Also the resort souinds like it is very underdeveloped; ie miles from anywhere and anything. If that's what you're after fine.
We got talked out of it. Reading holiday reviews you're always going to get whingers, but this place had the above comments from nearly everyone. I would be interested to hear your review if you go.

| I had the chance to meet with a couple who stayed there recently. Its a nice resort, rooms quite large and well equipped. They appeared satisfied with the resort, the service but remarked that the food could be better. They had previously stayed at the Nuweiba Hilton and said that that was better.
The hotel is isolated and not for people needing a busy, thriving resort like Sharm.

| If you like really busy resorts then head for Sharm or Hurghada, Sharm being better thab Hurghada.
In Sharm the Conrad is very good with a long flat beach. The Hilton Waterfalls is very nice ( had dinner there a couple of nights ago ) has superb rooms but the beach is not so good.
If you don ' t mind being in a quiet place though not completely isolated then the Nuweiba Hilton is very good and very popular with the British market. Beautiful area, superb beach and lots of trips to do in the desert and mountains - if you get fed up with the fantastic snorkeling !
