| Information on Taba Heights area please. Sofitel Hotel?:) Is there anywhere to walk in the evenings, ie: to other hotels etc. Can we book locally for other trips ie: Dead Sea.

| Just Got Back,wether Very Hot,you Can Walk To The Beach But That Is About All,it Is Very Quite There ,it Is A Very Very Nice Place,and Yes You Can Book Trips To Other Places

| Taba is a wonderful place but all it consists off are the hotels. Trips can be booked to Dahab (shopping), Cairo to see the pyramids ect, Israel to see the Dolphins + short shopping trip and quite a few other trips. There is a shuttle bus which takes you to the water world, this stops at 3 corners where there are a few shops.
To sum up its a beautifull place to just chill out with garanteed sunshine, the snorkeling is excellent too.
We have stayed at The Marriott and wer'e returning again this year (not something we usually do). The other Hotels are all very nice but we favour the Marriot and the general opinions from others at the resort were that this hotel is the most popular.
Longwood Holidays do a good package price here as do Last minute.

i am also wondering about visas? i aint paying £15 each or so for something i wont need? do you just fill the one you get on the plane out and then use that? i dont intend on going anywhere else
i didnt pay anything in tunisia in feb, so i presume is gonna be the same setup?
