Lipe Resort - any body stayed there before?

I have made a reservation at Lipe Resort for 3 nights in December and have been told to make a payment of the full amount for our stay to guarantee the reservation. I find this unusual and would like to know if anyone has stayed at Lipe Resort before and whether you were asked to make a full payment 30 days in advance? I have been dealing with someone with the email address om@liperesort.com
