Unable to book late meal sitting help Plus Port Info Aaegea

We are booked on the Calypso on 11th Aug and when i first looked both early and late sittings for meals were available. However i experienced trouble booking on line and had to ring for help. during this time the late meal sitting option had been removed. Now looking at the website to book the cruise both early and late options have gone. what does this mean can you request either once on the ship or do you just turn up and wait or are you restricted to buffet? also has anyone got answers to my questions about the ports on the Aegean wonders thread i posted last week ?

When you get to the port they allocate early or late sittings.They are very hospitable about changes as the itinerary sometimes means you cannot get back in time for the early sitting which is 6pm(late sitting is 9pm).
We did early sitting but were happy to go to the buffet a couple of times during the week.
