Can i use these items?

Going on my first cruise on feb 7th and really need to know if i will be able to use my hair dryer,curling tongs or straighners,im in big trouble if i cannot plug them in.

The short answer is you can only use electrical items supplied in the cabin. (hair dryer)

However you can use gas heated tongs, or providing your items are thermostaticly control you might consider taking a adaptor with you.

Put them away after using them, don't leave them out for all to see.

On the destiny my partner used her straightners by plugging them into the TV socket which has a higher voltage and she had no probem. Of course it needed the adaptor though which i think was the american one.
