Sunbathing Music on board ship

Hi Everybody .here i am again with another question, In May my wife and I were on the Island Star and the pool deck music played through the speakers was just right for my age group. i'm a 60'/70's music person and the Star hit the spot every day,,so what can we expect on the Calypso ? i know the pool is not on the top deck where the sunbeds are situated,is there music piped out onto top deck and pool area /

I am afraid not quizzer, its pretty low key with a few ****** demos, and a few quizes. There are no loud games with music like on the star where they play a lot of crew participation and screaming and shouting. The pool is rather small on the Calypso and always in the shade which makes it very cold, this is also sea water which does not help either. Not many people used it when I was sailing with her it was that cold.

Hi Bo ,thanks for your reply ,so the quizzes you talked about ,i know some take place in one of the lounges ,but do they also do quizzes on the sun deck or pool deck during the daytime ,and being a quiz fanatic hence the name is there a quiz each evening in one of the lounges, My wife and I think first sitting for evening meal will be our choice so we can enjoy longer evenings relaxing .watching shows etc,so what time do the evening quizzes commence .?
