| Only 5 days to go and still no tickets. I have called operater and Thomson both say they were printed on the 30 March but they would print them again and send them first class. Still not arrived.
First time we've used Thomson, not a good start, not happy about picking up at airport at 6am and start writing out luggage labels.
Has anyone else going on the Morrish Delights this Thursday not received their tickets either?

| ref. lugage allowance. spoke to my local thomson branch who in turn phoned head office, who after being quoted baggage allowance from their 2008/9 book finally agreed that the hold luggage (just for cruises) is indeed 25kg plus 5kg hand luggage. thanks to freddo for starting this thread.anyone seen 100"s of tickets around that were sent out last week and still havent arrived at the travel agents, or were thomsons actually telling a little fib? hope the weather in the med is better than here in uk 2 days to go and counting.

| Tickets arrived today but only 6 it should have been 8. Apparently they can only print 6 at a time the other 2 should arrive tomorrow. Bit late we are leaving at 4.30am for a 9am flight. It seems that I might not be able to use these tickets as all 8 will be waiting at Gatwick.
I know we keep going over this but I have just called Thomson and they say it is 20 kilos hold luggage and 5 kilos hand luggage. The tickets say 25 kilos but that includes both. I have told them it is very misleading.

| I also phoned thomsons up today and as much as it say's 25kilos this only applies if you are in what they would call a posher cabin. they confirmed it is 20kilos in suitcase and 5 in hand lugguage.

| the debate about hold luggage just proves the thomsons staff at head office do vot have a clue, or is it a case of bad training, i am taking the 2008/2009 cruise brochure which states 25kg in hold and 5kg in cabin, also have the names of staff who agree about the increases allowance. will let cruisers know of the outcome!!!! happy cruising

can anyone tell me if you can put more that 20kilos in your case and say there are 3 of you can the 60 kilos be shared between 2 cases. we are going with a child and a baby and dont want to have 3 cases. thanks

| it goes on weight per bag dont be tempted to cram it in you will finish up paying for it ,a lady on my flight thought she was ok with one big suitcase between two of them but they charged her she bought a hold all on the way back to avoid been charged again . this was a thomson flight but i see this happen more and more.

| Just thought I would let you know that I came back from the Moorish Delights yesterday to find my tickets in my post box. Never mind I got them from the airport, along with a lot more people. Cruise was FANTASTIC, I have done a holiday review if anyone is interested.
One more thing tickets state 25 kilos which includes hand luggage. Not 25 kilos plus hand luggage. Could not believe my luck my case weighed in at 19.9 kilos and 20 kilos coming back. Just for info if your cases are over weight when you return Thomson may charge 10 euros per kilo.
