Can I ask if there is anyone who has taken their suit/tuxedo/evening dress on the Thomson Flight as hand luggage. We have a light weight suit carrier that I was thinking of using so that our clothes didn't end up too creased for the formal evenings. Can it be done or is rolling up your clothes in the suitcase just as good!
Appreciate any advice on this.
Cheers

Hi Miss Richie,
My Tux always goes in my case, right on the top, to be honest never had trouble with it getting creased, unpack as soon as you are able and hang it up, bathroom after a shower is good for any minor creases.
Evening dresses should be rolled round a sweater or the like before packing in case, but not silk ones. these do crease quite a lot.
Actually all clothes are better when rolled rather than packed flat, this is a spin off from my old navy days and the dreaded kit-bags.
You will have to check with Thomsons about carry on, or maybe John can answer the question when he comes on.

As tenpin said..im the same and mine always goes in the case and i never have a problem. Carrying it onboard shouldnt be too much bother and just depends on the person on the day. As long as you only have the 1 piece no problems should be incurred, however you may have to fold it once.
