Thomson Destiny - Dept April 20th 2007

We are going on a 2week med cruise departing from tenrife on the 20th April. I was just wondering if any one can give us any advice on what to pack or what not too pack!

Also i have heard the plugs are different and the voltage - me and my friend are very much in need of a plug suitable for hair straighteners... will one be available?!

Plug your straighteners into the plug where the TV goes and you wont have a problem

Although it is the american voltage adaptor you need i think.

Dress attire is entirely optional, you can dress how you want or you have 'suggested' attires given in the cruise news.

Normal there is 1-2 'Formal' nights where its glad rags on, the rest are either smart casual or casual.

there are plug sockets in the cabins, but they are fairly low rated in terms of output.

what you will find are sockets at head level in the corridors which loads of people were plugging stuff into, probably not documented but they are rated for higher wattage devices (they are probably there for the cleaning staff to plug their vacuums)
