Dear Sir
Received your "holiday offer" letter to day after receiving a cold call from your call centre.
Firstly we are on the telephone preference list but you had all our details so a complaint has gone into TPS but I would like to know where you get your data from as I do hold a timeshare (which iam happy with) and hope that someone in the industry is not passing our data on.
I did note that our surname was spelt as Norris which is not quite the correct spelling so your data must be a bit dubious - ie: not the timeshare company as they would have used our correct name.

This of course is a breach of data protection so I do look at this quite serious.

I have passed this on to the relevant organisations plus the company i hold my timeshare with.

Would appreciate an email from yourselves as an explanation, of course thanks to your cold caller she has sent me a letter confirming the call which is good evidence that you actually did call.

I realise this is going to info@ but the email reader please pass this on to your management

Yours
