Sounded OK? and CashBack as well? Did they say that you would get "all" or "most" of your money back in five years? Oh dear.

CashBack Sales and Administration SL - a warning.

A poster on another thread has stated that CashBack say they cannot pay her out because the bank which they used has gone bust.

If CashBack cannot honour its financial commitments no-one should even consider any kind of deal which involves them.

I attended a promotion in Tenerife in September 2005 and joined DWVC and a cashback deal. I am now bieing asked by Justice Reveal International Consultants to enter an agreement to sue Cashback with other members due to their Illegal Trading. Has anybody else been approached as I am not sure what to do as their Lawyers fees are 1500.00

Justice Reveals is a scam.

You cannot sue for full face value, whatever DWVC told you that you would get - and whatever Justice Reveals told you. You can sue CashBack only on that contract and your CashBack contract guarantees only to pay 10% of face value (and only if you do everything just right) - so how much would you actually be sueing them for? Surely less than 1500.

If you paid ANY part of the deal with a credit card (or have a finance agreement) and have not received what your DWVC contract promised, and you were misled into signing, you should be approaching your CC company (or the finance company) for reimbursement. Get advice from Trading Standards. Yours can be found at

Thanks Fred2. I note what you say and will tell them what I think when they ring me later today. Unfortunately only deposit was paid on Credit card. Other problem is my five year term is not up until Dec 2010 so cannot claim they have failed until then.

As you say, you will not know that the CashBack contract has failed until 2010. It will - but it is impossible for Justice R to sue them now. On what basis would they do it?

With regard to your Holiday Club membership it is not relevant that you paid only the deposit by credit card. The card issuer is liable for the whole cost of the deal under the Consumer Credit Act 1974. If you have had no value from the H Club contract that is your best route. Speak to Trading Standards.

J Reveals exist only to take money off people.
