The only reference to this name with this spelling on the web is on a blacklist. This is undoubtedly a scam. Could you please post anything that you know about these people - names, address, phone, web site?

The e-mail address is as anonymous as a hotmail one. The direct dial number is a mobile and the others are not Spanish area codes so they must be "find me anywhere" ones. The code for Estepona is 952. The odds are that they are not in fact at the address quoted, if it exists.
The "Gerencia de Catastro" - sounds impressive - is in fact the office which determines rateable values for properties in Spain. There is one in each area. It isn't a tax office. The address given to you is not the real one.
This is yet another evil scam. If you have the bank details these would be very useful.

Spanish mobile numbers begin with a six. Thus 0034615144753 is a mobile.
Further details of Spanish telephone numbers including numbers beginning 70 can be found here:

Many thanks. I will pass it on. The police cannot pick them up until they are told about it. In addition, the addresses given are not true. If you are able to send me the 'invoice' as an attachment to an e-mail I will send this also. Please check and confirm that all the numbers and the Swift code in the bank details are exact.

I would be very wary of that last post about the arrest. Where did the information come from
Looks like it could be the start of another attemto to defraud.
So if someone telephones/emails/contacts you saying they are from/working with the Spanish police/group of lawyers/ similar, check before doing anything.
