Hi axolotyl,

We, too, should like to recover our money from "wesellyourtimeshare" and have have been advised by various sources that the credit card company is obliged to refund, although we have not yet launched the attack! have you made any further progress yet?

Grateful for any advice you, or anyone else, can give.

Hi all,
I have been ripped off twice, by we sell your timeshare & bonus vacations direct. My credit card eventually repaid to my credit card for WSYT but Morgan Stanley (Goldfish) are refusing so have contacted the ombudsman and await reply etc.I guess whether people get their money back can be a simple job with some credit cards and damn hard with others.

Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations NOW IN F

GCPrincess and holsorhell, I've recently had a letter and my cc statement to confirm that my money has been returned from 'Wesell', they have 60 days to dispute this though, from the letter's date.

I had to wait the twelve months to reclaim but with finding this site earlier in the year and with all the helpful advice given I forwarded a letter to my cc company straight away who were very helpful.

Look at the ILG threads to gain some information.

Meatloaf.
