ToTrusting - I don't know how the Spanish legal system works but I believe that you provide a denuncia to the police who then take it further. If you contact Spanish Trading Standards they will tell you the best course of action. E-mail to
cec@consumo-inc.es

You may be able to find a solicitor in Spain by contacting larger firms near you and asking if they have representation there. Please do not use any of the small-ads which appear on the forum pages (any forum) as these will be "quasi-legals" and not solicitors. Be very aware that there are fake firms contacting people here from Spain - see the thread "Rainbow Solutions and solicitor Pedro Morales Reyes" - so never respons to a cold-call from anyone.

We were approached by a rep for Horisuns holiday club in Tenerife in Aug 08. We parted with £3000 for 10 year affiliation including 4 promotional holidays.
We recieved our vouchers but then had to pay registration fees which we have done, to the address in Batley Yorkshire. We have received booking forms that say Golden Travel on one and Golden Holiday Club on the other, we have not heard of these before. We can only hope now we will have our holidays. Having read some of the info I am now quite worried.

Responded. Slander impossible. Libel non-existent. Tell the people where you are, the corporate status of Golden Travel Club and where it is registered and how you operate and you will have given some of the answers which they were looking for in the first place - which is why this thread is here. The opportunity has always been open to you. Feel free. A serious company with a Hotmail address? Surprising, these days.
