Very interested in your comments about T&MS Limited. They conned me out of �850. They said they had a buyer. I went with them because they gave me an address in London and their company registration details.

I checked the company and paid for the names and addresses of the directors from Companies House. I also have their bank details. I thought I was covered. Stupidly I paid them a cheque not by credit card.

Needless to say the company has now disappeared with my money. My bank Nat West, said there was nothing they could do about it and I should have paid by credit card!

I have been to West Midlands Police and reported it as a fraud. I have also written to the Directors of the Company. One letter came back as not known at the address.

If anybody wants the details of their bank, the names and addresses of their directors then please contact me. As I said to the police I cannot be the only one conned by this company.

Holiday Network solutions contacted me today saying that they had a buyer for me. All I needed to do was pay 600 euros etc etc. I will not be going ahead!!

Re Holiday Network Solutions. Just had an update on their address as Apartado de correos 124, Benalmadena Pubelo, Malaga 29639, Spain.

They seem to change addresses as fast as they change company titles. I have now to send them the signed contract in their pre-addressed envelope, but they are going to have a surprise.
