Hello
I have received a call , with an offer to buy my holiday club weeks, which we have had for 6 years and never used anyway. I have seen other people mention these offers and are told they are a scam. However, they have not asked for any money and we also confonted them with the information we had received. They said it was an honest offer. Are they all scams??
Please help, this is my first experience of this.
Thank-you

Hello
Sorry for the delayed reply. I'm new to this. The holiday club is Club Class holidays. I have seen references about a scam with buying weeks on the net so we confronted them. They said that first they had to do a registry scan and they needed permission. I gave authority to this ,stating that we knew we owed no monies and that we were sceptical to the validity of their offer. The actual company that contacted us were International Solutions Ltd. I thought I would hear no more but they have contacted us and said that there is a 16% tax on our original sum, left unpaid. However, we will have the payment in our bank before we have to pay the tax. We have gone no further at this time. To be quite honest, we have never used our weeks as we felt we were caught 6 years ago by Diamond V.S.I. When Club Class took them over, they seemed a lot better because we could contact them and they gave their names and have been quite helpful. I am now in a complete dilemma. Can you offer any advice please?
Thanks
