OnceInaLifetimeHoliday.com-Scam?? Please help!
I was offered a "dream holiday" for 4 people + 1 under 16 (it was explained the 4 could consist of children also but no more than 4 adults. They took £598 from my BC and were also offering me 3000US dollars on a Disney Gold holder award card to spend on the holiday as I wished (in other words I could upgrade on the ship or pay air fares) The holiday was for 13 days 4 in florida including a car, 3 by the beach in florida, 3 cruising the bahamas on the Imperial legacy and 3 at a resort of my choice and Vegas was mentioned in this choice list. I was passed on to another person Jake Saunders on the line to verify the offer and apparently this was taped for legal reasons? he said I had 30 days to review the holiday and I could cancel no questions asked anytime up to 30 days - I had 12 months to book the holiday and 18 months to take the holiday.I was given a reference number of RMG09260808. The internet site given to me to check this out was cbholiday.com which on the day of the call was available, this gave me some reassurance however when I did not receive the email confirmation and receipt of my money they promised I went back into the site but it was not available. At this time I reported the metter to Barclaycard. The confirmed that amount of money had been taken from my account and paid to a holiday company in Orlando but I cant remember the name they used, this morning I have collected a letter which was sent registered post to me and its contents include a very nice glossy brochure, some very top level details of the holiday, no mention of the 3000US dollars some terms and conditions the first of which suggests the offer in the brochure overrides any previous offers either written or verbal so good bye car!! as well and should include a CD which is not in the package, there are some contact numbers and an email address the number for customer services in england is 02081503665. I have not called this as I have Barclaycard onto the problem of recouping my money and have changed my card number for security reasons. I also dont want to be involved with this scam any further although I am happy to help Holiday Watchdog in any way I can to avoid this happening to anyone else.

These guys have surely spread their tentacles to Australia as I received a similar call yesterday...... "you have won a holiday in your rewards programs....press 1 to claim your prize". Turned out to be a asian lady saying a i had won it from my creditcard company. Now my bank would advise me directly if I had won something.
They get the details out of the phone directory and just call up people randomly. How i got alarmed is that she didnt have my full name and my right address. I have changed my address recently and even my old one was not correct in the phone directory.
I just asked her to post me the stuff and I will think about it and i think she got a bit nervous and decided not to pester me... hehe. But i'm pretty sure they will call again.
Mu phone is registered on the do not call website by the Australian govt but calls seem to trickle thru. I have just got over people trying to sell mobile phones and now its holidays.

I got sucked into this aswell. The call came on Sat 15th Nov. The company is called CB Holiday and apperently I won a holiday because my credit card is part of their benefit program. They claimed to be part of the Disney Group. I didn't get any emails from them but I did receive the package by registered mail. I'm now trying to get my money back. I have emailed their customer services department (customerservice@cbholiday.com) no eplies yet. The UK number they provided is 02084324022 which never gets answered and I have been trying all this week. I was able to contact them in US 0014072188524 and now they say I will have to return the package and than they will return my money which will take about two weeks???
Did any of you get your money back?

Sallysparrow - of you paid by credit card request a refund from the card company on the grounds of fraud.
