Don't wait. Go to your credit card company immediately and state that you have cancelled and are due to a refund.

i disagree with all of you. the only way that you will be charged is if you give out your cc details which is what i believe some of you did. you are upset bc your not satisfied with their product & want to complain bc you gave out your details & you feel foolish. next time dont give our your cc details & you wont be charged. i received the holiday & was very pleased with it & will be going to cancun next year. im very pleased with their service.

i have still not recieved any money back from Artox Inc.

Since then i have tried but i am in the process of trying to get my money frm Artox or my banks here. Currently struggling from both. can anyone suggest anything that i can do to make the process work and i can get my £498 back asap. it has been an experience that i have learnt from - but i still want my money back as it was my hard earned money that i have worked hard for.

It is any justice in the world we live in?

This is the reply that they wrote to me a while back suggesting that i try and claim it from my banks.


Dear Gurdip,

Artox, Inc. provides intermediary services between the credit card processing Bank,J. P Morgan Chase, represented by Innovative Merchant Solutions, a division of Intuit Corp.,and the Travel Agencies or Sales Organizations that sell and promote vacations.

Our accomplishment is simply to provide customer service, shipping and handling, message coordination center and distribution of fees and funds to the Sales Organizations, as we receive these proceeds from the credit card processing Bank. This is the reason why our name appears on the descriptor you have received on your Bank Statement.

Any claim for a refund or cancelation follows the same procedure. As we received your request for a refund, we automatically submitted the reimbursement from the processing Bank, which presently holds over $230,000.00 as a reserve, in accordance to the contract signed with them, to guarantee proper credit to all customers that have made a claim.
