LOL!!!!! Did he just say less than 50 minutes ago that he used them all the time with his family?!! This may explain why most people cant understand the callers if their English is this bad!!

hi - i just had a call from these people in Australia. It all sounded great but I must admit that some alarm bells rang when I couldn't understand the man's accent very well and he kept stumbling over the details of this "free" holiday. He also seemed surprised when i wasn't really excited. I asked him to send me some details of it in the post but he refused, he gave me a number and website address instead. When he said I needed to pay $599 for this free holiday - I got very sus knowing that he'd probably ask for credit card details next. I told him I wasn't interested and hung up. I then decided to investigate the website and in the process of doing that I found this site and others with lots of people reporting similar stories. Quite clearly a crappy scam I'm sorry to say. I'm now going to speak to my telephone company to make sure I don't get some big charge for the call. Absolutely criminal that people like this are trying to suck people in.. best of luck everyone.

Same as, cant believe I was so stupid as to fall for this. Thought I could get my card cancelled straight away but am told this wont make any difference as the debit will be charged to the card number I gave them.

Thought I had a business head - will just go and shoot myself !!

Oh my goodness! How dare they. I have just had a call from this company, please please do not give them any details. Every question they ask is a leading one. Once transfered to Mr Brian Wilson who isn't very clever (oh but he thinks he is) I was asked to confirm some details that he clearly didn,t have (silly Brian) I gave him the wrong address and he told me that was correct!!! He was still insisting on my card membership number, when I told him that I would need to check his company out with a police assisted company tracking service he asked me was I threating him, he was getting a bit cross now, then repeatedly asked me was I threating him! I assured him quite politely that I didn't understand what he was talking about and that I merely wanted to check things out and then after that I would be more than happy to call him back. He very abruptley told me to go and do what I liked and will expect a call within half an hour!!! Think your going to be waiting a long time Brian old pal! Deffo some sort of scam!! As to what still not quite sure, but happen to have lots of friends in florida no less so have passed on all details can,t wait to see what happens next! To all those that did get sucked in don't be to hard on yourself after all the bad weather we are having in the UK dreams of sunshine and sand are understandable!!!

I presume that you sent the pack back by a similar trackable service. This should be adequate evidence for the bank.

Had exactly the same experience as other people who have responded here. Cold call from onceinalifetimeholiday saying that Visa/Master card were running a promotion, followed by them wanting to know my card details, (which I stupidly gave them, but cancelled my card before any payment was taken.)
Is there anyone who actually had a holiday with this company?, & if so was it good or bad, I can only find reviews from people like me who have believed the sales speech only to find this site later, then panic and cancel their credit /debit cards.
Is the company listed anywhere as a known dodgy dealer?
