PLEASE READ.!!! TIMESHARE & HOLIDAY CLUBS
My husband and I were conned into attending an A2L presentation in Qawra, Malta last week. I work for a law office and, having smelled a rat from the moment we walked in, we didn't fall for the scam. Avoid these people like the plague, they're all A BUNCH OF CROOKS, who particularly target the elderly and vulnerable. Of one elderly couple in there at the same time, he was asleep and she could hardly read the small print in the text. I wish now I'd stood up and said something and I really hope they didn't sign up. To MIKE PRESTON, the A2L rep, - we didn't believe a word of it from the start. You are even more stupid than you thought we were since it was obvious that some of the people encountered during the hotel tour were planted. There was absolutely no way you were going to get a penny from us. We've reported you to the Maltese authorities and I hope you get what you deserve.

I want to introduce to you the latest scam in Timeshare resales I have discovered. A Company called Travelwest, based at Exeter Airport, is a company you need to steer wide clear of.
First of all, once you visit their website, www.timeshareescape.co.uk, a sales agent calls you with a very sweet voice, requesting to to come for an interview with them. You get told that they WILL buy your timeshare, and you will receive your money upon registration of the deed in their name. WHAT THEY DO NOT TELL YOU, IS THAT YOU ONLY GET YOUR MONEY AFTER 3 YEARS!!! AND, you have to buy a product (Club Class Concierge) costing about £10,000 in order for them to buy your timeshare. That is what they do not tell you over the phone.
So you take the 3 and a half hour drive from London, expecting you will get up to 100% of your money back. Then the bull stories come your way, sold by an inexperienced agent named Ben and an obnoxious “manager” named Lisa. I took my stuff and walked straight out of there, amazed that I was so stupid to be fooled into driving there in the first place.
The woman who will probably phone you – her name is Clare Garner. She works for the company marketing this scam, DO NOT fall for her sweet stories. And DO NOT drive to Exeter, you will waste your name and precious fuel money.
DO NOT DO IT!!!

Exeter is well known as Scam city as far as Timeshare is concerned.
Anyone who gets contacted from this area, it will be a scam. Also if you receive a cold call from anywere about Timeshare it will be a scam. Be warned

Have just seen on TCA site that action is being taken against quite a few holiday clubs. If you paid by Credit Card and feel that you have been conned go onto Timeshare Consumers Association site. Click on news, this will take you to Timeshare News Headlines. Scroll down to holiday clubs, click on this to get full details.
The list includes Club Class Concierge and Incentive Leisure.

Have you ever heard of EUROPEAN SUNNY SOLUTIONS ( ESS ) I have a great offer for my timeshare they claim they have a buyer waiting but they want 1300 euros upfront and once the sale is concluded the 1300 will be refunded I am sorely tempted

Anyone asking for an up front fee ( always seems to be 1300 ) it will be a scam.
Do not be tempted.
Ask yourself where do they get these buyers from ?
What happens in most of these 'offers' is you are paying them the 1300 just to advertise your Timeshare. Or they want you to join another scheme which will rip you of more.
Do not believe in the cashback either.
DO NOT DO IT.

Two basic rules:
1. Cold call = scam
2. Visit to premises = scam.
That says it all.
