I need a copy of both sides of a Reclaim certificate.
Could somebody please email me a clear scan with your name and address blocked out. fred-too@hotmail.com
Copies of others, such as CashBack Sales and Administration SL cert, would also be helpful.
Many thanks.

RECLAIM Certificate - have you got one?
The above post wasn't an offer of a certificate - so I still need one.

RECLAIM Certificate - have you got one?
Hi Fred, Probably like yourself, I am just one of many who fell for the Holiday Club/Reclaim Ltd scam which cost me over 3 grand to join. I have been waiting for 4 years to get to this point, and now finally I have been getting feedback from Reclaim Ltd, Gibralter. As I dont want antbody else to go through the sleepless nights and upset that my wife and I have been through I want to share with you the position for me so far. We waited the 51 months and made pretty damn sure that everything we did was according to the terms on the certificate. We then got a letter about a month ago confirming that we had indeed completed everything correctly and we would soon receive further details. This morning we received another letter from them, saying that they would be making a bank transfer direct to our bank account (no mention of how much we would receive). The letter requested that we send details of our bank account and that after the transfer had gone through these details would be destroyed! Forgive me for feeling a little bit paranoid here, but I cannot help but feel a little suspicious, even at this point! Having been scammed before, it does make you a bit more wary - so I intend to ensure that I am not leaving myself open to further losses! I am using the internet to see if anybody else has got to this point, and to see what happened from there on. I will advise as things progress, in the meantime, if anybody already knows what definately happens from this point, I would be grateful for your feedback.

RECLAIM Certificate - have you got one?
I haven't been scammed. I just need a copy of both sides of a Reclaim certificate - as I asked in my original post - so that I can help somebody who has been scammed. That's what the thread is for, no more, no less. Can you oblige?
If your claim has been accepted as valid I see no reason why you should not get the money. You do appreciate I hope that Reclaim guarantee only 10% of face value. Anything more is a bonus.

I am at same point as Noel we have confirmed claim with Reclaim but they should have made payment by 15th Jan 2008 since I have tried to ring on many occasions no one answers the phone when they do only twice from over 20/30 attempts the person on othe end is rude fobs me off with some excuse that all papers at the accountants etc.
I have since received a phone call out of the blue from a firm called Key Properties offering legal assistance via a firm of solicitors but they want an up front payment of 780 euros. Not happy about the authenticity of this company as they have not given me a reasonable explanation from what source they got my details.

We also have a reclaim certificate that is due to be paid out in around 18 months time. I'd be interested to know whether people have got their money and if they did how difficult it was to get their money and what steps they took.

RECLAIM Certificate - have you got one?
I also have a certificate which I send back last april for receiving money. Reclaim now states that I registered 1 day to early and my claim was received also 1 day to early and they have rejected my claim. They don't react to letters of my sollicitor and if I go to court the chance is 50% that they will have to pay me my money. I now don't know what to do. Has anyone ever received a cash back ???
