Sunterra/Diamond Resorts management fees

Won a free holiday? Suspicious? This is the place for you!

Be vary wary of these people.

A firm of consultants? What sort of consultants? How are they making money? Clearly there is no money to be made out of a class action for the money goes to the claimants (75%) and solicitors (25%).

So anyone tempted by this offer check carefully that Seddons Solicitors are indeed pursuing an action for which ITRA are allowed to recruit people and that Robert Deacon barrister is involved as they say.

And remember the two golden rules:

Rule 1 Money up-front is a scam.

Rule 2 Invitation to meet someone (UK or abroad) is also a scam. It is an excuse to get you in front of a member of their sales staff. They will tell you the Tmeshare/holiday points is worthless but they will take it off you in exchange for joining their club.

Personally if there really is a class action being taken by Seddon Solicitors as it the website suggests - contact them and see if you can take part. No need to go via ITRA

I was searching for something else and this came up. I wonder if there is any connection between the National Timeshare Helpline and the owners action web site?
