And as you wrote that a pig went flying across the sky followed by a whole squadron of farmyard animals saluting as they flew past.

hi i won one of these a few years ago and like a fool payed the money i received a very nice brochure and a few certificates for my shares I've never took a holiday with them. They keep taking the yearly money out of my bank account and i can't seem to stop them. This year my card expired and i got a phone call from them asking for my new card details and i declined to give them. I received a few more calls from them but i kept declining. I checked my membership info and found that i could sell the package so the next time they called i mention it to them and to be eligible i had to pay this years fees. So like a fool again i gave them my card details this was in January. This morning i got a call from a company called LEISURE TIME MARKETING claiming to wont to buy my package on behalf of another company they offered me 6000 but they wont 1000 pound up front to cover the legal fees which they say i will get back on complication. They have given me until Tuesday to pay the money. I can't seem to find any info on this company when i googled them i found an electronics company only.

I think i am being scammed again. Has anyone else tried to sell there package and got any money for it.

Fraya - this is a standard scam and if you pay Leisure Time you will not see your money again. They do not have a buyer.

Hi all Taff EV here. If you are in Wales watch out for BBC X-ray programme. I contacted them and it appears that although the company exists, they may have been involved in time share etc. I have made a couple of attempt to purchase holidays, these have been 1% cheaper, without the payment of seventy five pounds handling/commission fee per year. There also appear to be lots of complaints being forward the the main operators of holiday clubs and time share in respect of The Travel Emporium. If you pay out money, you will not get it back.

we also bought into this a few yrs ago although never used it. We rang the Travel emporium to say we wanted to sell our shares and was told we could sell the package. Today I have been contacted by a company wanting to buy our package for 6000. They said they take a holding fee of 16% anyone else had this happen. Scam???

I joined The Travel Emporium in Jan 2006 - lifetime membership etc - same tale as every one elses.

Today (6th May) I've been contacted by a company LTM (Leisure Time Management) phoning from Malaga saying they had a corporate investor who wanted to buy a block of Trav Emp. memberships for the company. Was mine still for sale? "Yes" They then offered me 6,000 for the membership providing I paid them 1200 euros up front by credit card as a holding fee which would be returned to me when I completed the sale.
Scam or Scam?? Needless to say I am not parting with any more cash!!

Do you have any info for LTM? Phone, address &c? Nothing on the web so this could be an old one with a new name.
