Richardg - would you like to expand on that and explain your "interest". Runways Travel plc is not a UK company - how does this feature?

I was invited to atend a meeting to sell my timeshare was contacted by tso13, met some people from travelexe at exeter airport (an estate outside the airport) jacquie claims she had worked with one of the team for 20 years yet some sites say the company is not over 3 years old, So is this a cover up of another scam company, again gibralter crops 'scam capital'? after already losing 850 to ETOO, im very wary of parting with money but wish to be rid of timeshare ex wife dumped on me.

Very surprised that you have researched it as far as Sochalls. How did they come up - and Runways?
The general principle with all of this type of operation is that they want to sell you holiday points or a holiday club membership for cash with the promise of payment for the timeshare by cashback in about 51 months. It is inadivisable to buy into the points or club and the cashback (if you get it) pays about 10% of what you were told to expect.

Hi fred you seem to have great knowledge of this scam, Im to send a cheque to travelexe ltd at fairoak close, exeter airport. payable to:sochalls client ac Re: runways travel plc. I have telephone and fax No.s if you would like them But of course i will not send a penny. My only concern was to get rid of timeshare but this looks even worse if that could ever happen,

Good morning Fred and others, After my meeting with travelexe in exeter i was talked into taking on their club class concierge and offered a cashback deal meaning i would get 16000 in 3 years you have to first register with cashback within 1 month and wait 35 months and then claim your cashback. this is after giving them near 10000 the remainder (of 16000)is made up from the inflated value of your time share, they do not remind you when to claim. it looks now you will never see any of it. Had a call from from runways yesturday trying to reasure me they are not dodgy. I went to spain earlier this year to sell timeshare (through etoo) only it was a set up to do a deal with premiere class ltd offering the same club class concierge with cashback.
will definatly not touch any of those again.

Were you told that you would get all, or nearly all, of the amount which you quote back through cashback? Did they mention the actual guaranteed amount at all?
What is the name of the cashback company? Have you got or have you seen the cashback contract?
