a friend of mine has also purchased the travel temptations gold card and so far he has used it 3 times once a holliday in greece. once to get to a surf comp in south africa once to fly to see me here in tenerife he says he has saved a fortune on flights as what travel temptations promised cost price travel and accomadation he says he is also going to be going to southern california later this year as he has saved enough on flights so far he can fit in a extra holliday on the money travel temptations saved him.

i feel it is wrong that folks just jump to the conclusion that all new holiday/travel clubs are scams and cons

so basicly travel temptations are a privately owned licenced travel agent that get you cost price travel for a anual fee.

just like many of the travel agents that do exactly the same for big companies around the world the diference being this is to the public.

Hi Selina

I am disgusted that you habe put such an appauling comment on under my blog.

The origional holiday i was on was in June staying at my family´s home and when i returned i got the call to say i had been selected as a runner up. Yes i am in Spain now but for circumstances out of my control as i have a very ill family memeber and if you would like to verify who i am and where i live i wouldnt object to this you can find me most days at Villajoiosa hospital.

I suggest in future you check out your information before criticising people

I origionally wrote the blog a have a a friend contacted and she said she had seen info on this website and was concerend and told me to check it out which if you like you can also clarify.

What is the point in being able to discuss things when such underhandness is allowed

The comment was that six of the eight positive comments were made from Spain. Six - not one. If that was said then it is a fact and is disturbing. Names were not named. If you are in Spain for personal reasons this still leaves FIVE out of eight coming from Spain for apparently doubtful reasons and there is nothing "appalling" about telling the rest of us that this is happening.

It's not "your blog" - you are one poster of several.

If you could repeat that in English I will try to answer. As it stands it does not mean anything.

Can I please ask who FRED2 is?, I have had many holidays with travel temptations and tho they can be slow at answering the phone, I have found theyre service more than satisfactory. Reading this forum it would seem that this person (fred2) thrives on the negative feedback , but has very little to say on the positive, maybe it is he that should gets his facts straight before becoming what seems to be an authority on this conversation.

Willmott I think if you read back over the other posts you will see that there are other unhappy customers. Fred2 tries to give help to people who have had problems and protect others where he can. We try and give a balanced view on this site so please respect the opinions of others, whether you agree with them or not.

Hear,Hear :) If posting on here brings the scams and fraudulent actions into the public domain and perception then I'm all for it.

Hello everyone who is here to put the truth to the test, I have done this by testing the Travel Temptations promise.
I was a lucky winner on the scratch card in Benidorm, told to say nothing about impending redundancy by the card seller a very persuasive young lady who obviously has no problem sleeping with the devil. I was sweet talked by the heavy tanned Leech who slimed about how much I could save, gave me only half the paperwork until we had signed, and after 2 hrs an enormous blob of a lady Manager robbed me of £840 and my trust in the English abroad. I tried to pull out when we got home the next day and even tried to stop the transaction to no avail, and then the bomb dropped, both my wife and I made redundant in 2 weeks. I tried to appeal to the better nature of the jackels at Temptations and was give a lecture on how I should have read the small print on the page that was not given to me until we signed.
I do not believe one word of the positive comments or the guilt trip games of people on this page, who claim they are not bias when commenting from Spain. I have made several attempts at claiming these cheap holidays using my card and have never despite promises received a single call back. Oh and by the way the Two holidays i won arrived with a closing date limit of 4 weeks from arrival and I had to agreed to visit their timeshare. I was afool but I am thankful that I can be grown up about it and tell others do not listen to the waffle on these pages about the positives of TRAVEL TEMPTATIONS there are none. I do of course agreed that freedom of speech is important so speak all you will scammers.
Kev/Jackie on the Dole, but very much in Love
