Is there anybody who can offer me advice on justice reveals international consultants operating from Fanabe tenerife?
Paid �4325.00 to them to act on my behalf in a reclaim case against Club Class Holidays.
This was in June 2007.To date as you may suspect I have received nothing.
Credit card company refusing to help as 90 days have elapsed.

Ask them what 90 days has to do with it. You should claim under the Consumer Credit Act 1974. Prior to doing that 1) complain to the Spanish consumer protection site cec@consumo-inc.es giving full details and asking for comments. Once you have an answer 2) go to your local Trading Standards and ask them to assist in drafting a claim.

Have you a complaint to make about Terranova
because if you read all the threads on club class concierge
you will find that other people have had a bad expierience with Terranova It also helps if you put it in writing as other people will try to put you on the right track for help

Send your case to the ECC office in Madrid.
They are in contact with the Spanish Police who arrested 29 people involve on the Justice Reveals fraud.
The Spanish Police need as much complaints as possible of this fraud.

Just found all your info,we are not alone been ripped off by club class-terranova for �8000 and have also been ripped off by justice reveals �8000 for them to reclaim from terranova and also to claim money back from our timeshare - we feel total idiots. We really thought they were working on behalf of the government trying to get rid of the scams and ticket touts and timeshare on the island. They charged us extra saying that the government took 35% of any money paid back to us,so we paid another fee included in the above totals so be exempt from this 35%. must have seen us coming. Main man we dealt with Frank Fletcher. Please warn others- I hope they rot in jail

I ALSO GOT CONNED BY FRANK FLETCHER FOR �1700 . BUT TWO OR THREE WEEKS BEFORE CHRISTMAS I READ ON THIS FORUM ABOUT THE ARRESTS . TRIED FOR AGES TO PHONE JUSTICE REVEALS BUT NO ANSWER. EVENTUALLY INFORMED THE BANK WHAT HAPPENED AND SENT THEM ALL THE DETAILS INCLUDING NEWS PAPER CLIPPINGS. GOT MY MONEY BACK TWO WEEKS AGO

From Tenerife-Jen, re: Justice Reveals - with advice from the Citizens Advice, I have managed to reclaim just over �3000 from the credit card company, quoting act of 1974 that they are also responsible for allowing the transaction with a fraudulent company. Do not let them farm you off with it has to be claimed within so many days. We had to provide evidence of what we were paying for and Justice Reveals were very crafted on how they had worded all the paperwork therefore, we could not get all of our money back. But it is better than nothing!!!

Does anyone know how to contact Terranova????
