The court findings and the OTE comment make interesting reading. Many people doubted Mr Grey over the years and finally their doubts have been shown to be justified.

The case centres round a libel action against Sandy Grey, brought by timeshare boss Bob Trotta of Resort Properties. The libel action was in fact dropped, and Mr Grey was ordered to pay Trotta's costs.
