| Tried to book a holiday today through these guys...took payment (£1650) and...oh, sorry there's only 2 seats avaiable (was told 3 where available throughout the booking process).
Having cancelled the 'booking' and had to re-start was told the holiday would be £200 more expensive. I asked them to cancel but have been told payment has already been requested and they can't say when it will be refunded!!
This may be a one-off, but we now can't book a holiday until this amount is credited!! Absolute joke!
