I have one small question (but important) to ask someone at Thomas Cook.
I checked my TC documentation and only have an 0870 number for them which I believe is 10p a minute.
So I called.....30 minutes later and having been told twice that my call is important I hung up...3 worse off.
A friend told me about a website www.saynoto0870.com to get a "normal" landline. I phoned that number tonight at 7.25pm and promptly at 8pm after hanging on for 35 minutes the line just cut off!
Home time I guess?
I can find no other landlines for them and no email contact details.
The point here is that I have so far spent in excess of 3 to contact their customer services department on a premium rate number. I wouldn't mind if they actually answered the blinking phone!! But then that wouldn't be in their interest would it....haha!
AAAAARRGHHHHHHHHH...............CALL CENTRES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi,
We have booked a cruise with Thomas cook Direct and have a number of 0870 5133102. This is number thomson holidays gave us to contact t.c. ifwe needed any alterations to our holiday. It may be worth a try, a least you may get an internal transfer to the correct dept.! Also there is a fax no. on one of our letterheads - 01274 384740.
Good luck

I have been trying to contact Thomas Cook for over a month to retrieve my deposit on a holiday that THEY cancelled
I have phoned over 30 times, I have emailed and I have written to their head office all to no avail. Their local office in Exeter also tell me they cannot contact them either.
Avoid Thomas Cook at all costs. They are a shambles

We are avoiding TC at all costs now as they have let us down 3 times in the past re flights. The worst one wasa cancelled flight to Calgary from Manchester that had been booked for over 6 months. We had to take a shuttle to Heathrow and then catch a plane to Calgary. They informed us of this less then a week before our departure.

Meant to say you can call TC free if you want a credit card (use search engine to find) - perhaps they will put you through!!!!

No chance LIN2. Their Credit Card Office offered me a Card to pay for the balance of my holiday...... the one they had just cancelled. The Credit Card Office did not know it had been cancelled!!! Shambles from Thomas Cook as ever. The little lad in the Credit Card office could only mumble an embarrassed apology

Well, I have finally lost patience with Thomas Cook and Panorama. Both have had Recorded Delivery letters from me requiring the return of my deposit plus 50 for costs and aggravation. I have now telephoned Thomas Cook about 50 times without any rep,ly whatsoever plus I have sent numerous emails and letters through the post.
I have now set a deadline of the 31st of March for their reply following which I have made it plain I will take action against them in the County Court. I am absoluitely determined to take this Company on, and indeed already have a case prepared for submission to the the Court.
So, watch this space.....!
