If anyone has or is considering using Goldtrail holidays, a so called specialist tour operator to Turkey..think again.
Being well travelled and using several holiday operators and having experienced no problems bar the odd delay..this company comes tops of the bad operators out there..first off surely they want your business...thats why they never answer your phones..and dont bother trying to book online..they cant even respond to a general query..having recently booked to fly out this week and with us happily expecting our tickets to be sent via themselves to our travel agent ...one week to go still waiting..our poor helpful member of staff at local travel agent rang for nearly 2 hours till he eventually got through to be told...oh..a slight problem..we have no flights from your chosen destination airport...oh but you can still fly from another which is miles away and totally inconvenient...
they havent even got the decency to respond to emails..yet alone answer their phones...surely they dont want your business then..simple..as regards to this company your better off spending it elsewhere.
