Haras Paradise Apartments, Manos

We booked our holiday 8 months ago, 2 days ago we were informed that it didn't exsist anymore and we would be put up in alternative accomodation, the reviews of which were dreadful.
The phone number I was given to resolve this was Thomas Cook operations in Bradford, some of the staff managed to be very helpful, but one person was a disgrace, somehow believing that she was doing me a favour by offering me what I didn't want...Joy!
My question is, does anyone know what has happened to the Haras Paradise Apartments?
And also if Thomas Cook are reading, we diliberately haven't used you for over 20 years because your customer service was bad then, nice to see things don't change!

We have been trying to find out what has happened to these apartments as we have been to them for the last 3 years and had a fantastic time - so if anyone finds out what has happened to Haroula (Hara) and her family please let me know!
