Has anyone had problems with Hotels Booked. com?

Joined: 29 Jul 2008 Posts: 1	Hotels NOT Booked should be their name as no room was booked for us along with many other holiday makers to Porto Santo. We have also had our credit card cxharged more than twice the price that was advertised! Please get in touch as we are only just starting to bulid a case against them & get our money refunded!!

Joined: 30 Jul 2008 Posts: 1	We are already very concerned about the holiday we have booked for the beginning of September and wish we had never contacted this company. We have left numerous messages for them to contact us over a problem with the payment but with no joy. We have spoken with various clerks who have assured us a supervisor or manager will get in touch but it doesnt happen. As things stand at the moment we are still planning on going on the holiday but after reading your comments I think if we can cancel it we probably will.
