Has anyone heard of Caribbeandeals.co.uk

Wee booked a holiday to mexico, the excellence Riviera Cancun Riviera Maya next September with Caribbeandeals.co.uk

They seem lovely, but just wondered if anyone has any advise or comments as lot of money although they were one of the cheapeest. They are part of Global Travle Group.

Have been to the Caribbean three time with Caribbeandeals.co.uk and am about to book again for 2008. I have always found them to be the cheapest after lots of searching around and as you say they are very friendly to deal with and don't put you under any pressure to book with them. The hotels and resorts they've sent me to have been excellent and I would highly recommend them.

I've been to Secrets Excellence (looks like they've changed their name) and I booked through Caribbean Deals and the service was very good. They arranged our transfers and there was an agent you could visit once you got there. The agents in Mexico seemed to be very well organised and knew who you were and had all details to hand. I went in 2006.

The hotel is exceptional! It was the best holiday I've been on so far.

I didn't experience any problems with booking or anything else on this holiday. I did check before I booked that they were fully bonded etc. and asked ABTA if they had any complaints and they said none that they know of.
