Just booked holiday to Corfu, hotel Nautilus recommended by agent. Went on line to review hotel............ what a shock! They have agreed to allow us to change hotels but as yet we are unable to find anything decent for our package price. They state we will lose 80% of our holiday fee if we cancel and NO ONE is avialable to help at the week end!

Hi Just to let anyone know who see's bad reviews and panics as I did Imperial Travel are OK
Booked July08 just got back from holiday end August 08 ( kos )
They did answer phone / responded to emails / had tickets that included luggage / choose to book our own transfers / hotel was expecting us so NO WORRIES
I had kittens when read reviews - so - want to reassure others

Holiday confirmed wih the help of Jo, (works Mon - Fri) she is VERY helpful and has worked tirelessly to help get us the best deal. We will provide an honest review when we return from our holiday on the 29/9/08.

yes i have and had excellent experince with them will has been very helpful with any requests that i have had to make and am very pleased with the service i have recieved from imperial travel and will be booking again

I booked an all inclusive to tenerife the rep got the booking wrong he booked six days we asked for seven. \we specificaly asked for transfers and the day before departure I checked to find out we had none. Five persons were booked and paid for instead of four.I had to call and ask for the fifth payment to be refunded.This was done and Ben Turner as agreed that he will reimburse travel costs to and from the hotel once I furnish him with the details

Are we in the minority???

just returned from our holiday booked with this company and we must say we had no qualms whatsover, quite the opposite, friendly staff, speedy correspondance and above all great value.

We had also read the reviews below which left us slightly concerned to say the least!

All I can say is we will definitely be booking our next holiday with them which we are very much looking forward to.

ive booked a holiday with them in 3 weeks time and have been reading the review and dont know weather to belive them and am starting to get worried about my holiday... any advise anyone please :?

well im having so many problems with this company,they sent my transfer vouchers via email with the the wrong name after many phone calls and emails ive not been sent the amended ones and they r not answering their phones now so now im stressing so i will not be booking any further holidays with this company im am flying out to hurghada on 14th so time is running out
