Sorry, totally agree ...nightmare! Terribly rude with the exception of helpful guy named Leon. The Manager??!! Jim, exceptionally rude! After trying to get through to him countless times he ended up swearing at me and taking a further £100 off my credit card without my sayso!
Actual holiday was most enjoyable but it was marred at the start by the stress, unpleasentness created.. just not necessary!
Would never put me off Marmaris, makes any hassle disappear on arrival but I would like to initiate a takeover bid and show them how it could/should be done!
If the contacts in Turkey want to get in touch with me i would be more than happy to take over and probably improve sales, customer confidence!
Am still waiting for my £100 to be refunded....!

i returned from a holiday to egypt booked thru icelolly.com via this company. may i say after reading other comments i was very worried, but there was no need.
i phoned 3 times just to have my mind put at rest and the phone was always answered and i was always dealt with well, i did print of my own details and hotel and transfer vouchers which i was worried about but all that was fine. our flight tickets arrived 2weeks before we went via monach.
the flight was delayed but that was not there fault, iwas meet at the airport by a transfer company and taken straight to my hotel where we did have a room booked, we where meet the following day by a rep who told us lots of local info and when we would be picked up for flight home, and they where there on time to take us take to the airport.
All in all a very good holiday for a very good price......no complaints here...

I Found imperial travel ltd via a web site namely icelolly.com, we first got in contact with them on the 21/09/09 around 9.30pm. we booked our holiday and paid the sum of £800 with a outstanding balance of £198.99 all was fine and I was told it would be fine to pay the balance the same time on friday. They then got in contact with us friday afternoon saying our flight times have changed which was not a problem. i then called back on the friday night to pay the balance and they told us we can only pay between 10-4, this was the first we knew of this and thought it was strange as we made a payment to book our holiday later than this time, i then phoned back monday (28/09/09) afternoon on my lunch break to pay the balance, they said they was busy, and took my number and said "we will call you back in 10-15 mins later" 1 hour 20 mins later i received a phone call, unfortunately due to my line of work i was unable to take it, we then phoned up later that evening just to confirm our holiday was booked and ask a few more questions as we have very limited details about our holiday and are trying to arrange transport to and from the airport. The company answered my first question and continued to hang up on me, over all i found this company rude abrupt and was not willing to help in any way, with only 2 days left until our holiday we still are unsure of all our details and £198.99 left to pay.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!
We booked a holiday with them over the phone. They told us they would take 692 out of our bank, they took 2 unequal amounts totalling 753? After 7 requests for written confirmation & 18 days after the original phone call we received a letter saying we owed them 318! I spoke to a guy called Adam who is a director. I asked for confirmation of flight times etc only to find out they had booked us for 7 nights not 14? Next day they phoned and said they had got the 2nd week for us but it would be an extra 200. We refused to pay any more money. They then asked me if we wanted a full refund which we accepted and got within 48 hours. ABTA have asked them for their comments & surprise surprise it's all our fault!!!! Be carefull, we've since talked to someone who has had the same problem, they didn't get their tickets ( or any written confirmation) until 2 days before departure. They found that they had only been booked for 7 days instead of 14. It cost them an extra 30 each, which company? You guessed it! How many more people have suffered this "misunderstanding" over the number of nights?

People BEWARE!!!! AVOID WITH A BARGE POLE!!! this compay is a joke. I booked a hoilday with them and never receeived half of my travel documents, i was left stranded at destination airport and forced to pay $200 dollars to get to my hotel. They could hardly be botherd to respond to my complaint and their customer service, well there isnt any, they couldnt care less and will not refund any money despite their fault.be very carefull, my advice .. use a TRUSTED, REPUTABLE travel agent.
STAY WELL AWAY, IF YOU CAN CANCEL!

so here what to do
. google your local county court and read up on small claims
. send a final letter to the idiots giving a clear deadline
. work out what they owe including expenses for travel to court ext if you have to attend time off work etc
. gather all your relevent evidence and paperwork
. if they dont reply file with the courts a claim
and never never use these people again#

BEWARE !!!!!
Booked a 1wk holiday to Gran Canaria in Feb 2010, booked on 24th Jan for 15th Feb,had to chase them repeatedly to get "tickets" sent which turned out to be some half ****** print out, no departure terminal details, weight allowance or any of the usual you would expect, called then at 9:50 am for the "we aren't open until" 10 standard reply, got the "Can I take your number" and NEVER got called back, 2 days spent trying to speak to someone, phoned up again wanting to book a holiday, got straight through (there's a surprise) only to ask a question about my already booked holiday. Got told, sorry I can't answer that, its a different dept, do I want to book another holiday though....NO...NEVER!!! Waited until 5pm before calling again to get a completely arrogant man on the phone telling me he will take my number and call back again, never did, another phone call, same guy on phone, told me I have no option but to wait until they call back (3 days and I am meant to go with only 1/2 the info) He told me if I didn't like it do a credit card charge back, but they would contest it and I wouldn't get my money asked him to repeat once I started to record the conversation (told him I was doing so) and he wouldn't, but still wont put me through to speak to someone about my booking......completely RUBBISH company, absolutely NO customer support, told me it was my fault for not calling them at a time that suited them, I asked why a total of 3 days was inconvenient, but apparently all my fault, really arrogant and abusive on the phone, even laughed at me and told me I could do nothing about it.
Honestly unless you are move forgiving than the good Lord himself and have the patient of a saint, oh and a few spare days to do all the chasing, go book somewhere else, these people are the most unprofessional and unhelpful people I have ever had the misfortune to deal with, I am just waiting for things to fall apart once I start our trip......making sure I have the credit card with me as I have no faith in them to have done a competent job......

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Don't be persuaded by the cheaper prices like I did please.. I went to Greece with Imperial Travel June and what a nightmare I had they hadn't booked me into anything we wanted at all.. For starters we arrived at the airport only for to have only 2 suitcase between 5 of us had been paid for so we had to pay £50 a case extra, we arrived in Greece and our transfers had no knowledge of our booking I phoned imperial travel who told me to get a taxi which was 100 euros and they would reinburse me which they never did, Got to the hotel they had no recollection of our booking phoned imperial travel and they eventually got us in a hotel about 10 mins up the road but it wasn't the 5* hotel I had paid for with all the fantastic facilities, and again no transfers on the way back..!
I have sent numerous letters, phone calls etc.. to imperial travel and not once have they bothered the respond infact they put the phone down on me saying someone will call me back. How Rude!
We spent thousands of pounds on this holiday which did work out a couple of hundred pound cheaper than the other travel agents but boy did we pay for it!
Please do not use them and advise everyone else.

I tried to book a holiday with my friends through Imperial Travel. THE BIGGEST MISTAKE I'VE EVER MADE.................
Just for reference, If you ever speak to Daniel in the sales department.......
HE'S THE BIGGEST MUG ON THE ******* PLANET.
This ******!!!!! told me and my friend that the holiday we wanted to book was available, gave us all information regarding flights times etc and said all he needed was card details for payment and he will then give us our reference number and email confirmation. So we gave him the details and he said he will call us back in 10 mins with all the final info we needed.
10 minutes later we get a call back from the ****** (Daniel) telling us the that date is no longer available ( you should have checked that first *****!!!) but he had another date for us. So we said we will take the second date and once again he said he will call back once its been confirmed.
Surprise Surprise.
He then called back to tell us that there was no longer any deals available for the dates he mentioned, so when we told him not to worry and that we'll booked elsewhere and then he drop the biggest banger ever on us.........
The ***** had already deposited all of our money from our account (this wasn't a small amount) but had no holiday to confirm for us............
Well, as you can imagine, we were not impressed...............
And by this point DANIEL at Imperial Travel seem to think it was OK to give a refund via cheque...........

After a long argument and speaking to every tom, ****** & harry that call them selves management (yeah alright). They had no choice but to refund the amount to my card.

NEVER NEVER book a holiday with Imperial Travel.They never read back details of persons travelling,so if you make a mistake, boy o boy do you suffer.The call you make is to a call centre so they don't give a damn.They don't answer Emails and when you eventually get through on the phone they make it out to be your fault if a mistake has been made,then to add insult to injury you end up doing all the work ie contacting the airline AND you have to pay for the privilege. I would rather pay extra to a Travel Agent in my High St than suffer endless sleepless nights wondering if we will go on holiday or not
