I am putting post here cos can't find where to start new thread. My son his wife and
two daughters + two grandchildren booked with Imperial Travel Ltd. on the 11th January 2012 paid deposit. Problem arises because daughter 1 now is pregnant didn't
know at time of booking. They won't let her cancel without paying full amount and have told son the whole holiday has to be paid otherwise they wont be able to go. Deposit paid was £1188. The question is can they really do this ? Any advise would be very much appreciated

Also need help!,
Me and a friend have book and all inclusive holiday to Tenerife and has been nothing but trouble!, The deal we booked, which was Siam water park and our hotel in a bundle for £480 each apparently dosen't exist now they have our money! Our only choices given to us are tough luck and stick to our hotel but have to pay our own way for the water park or move to a cheaper hotel miles away and then with the money they would give us back use for the water park.. I'm starting to have enough of thisq and it's stressing me out as I have worked my butt off for this holiday and now it's turning into a nightmare before we have even got there! Can anyone help or has any information on what we can do!?!? Who do we go to?? Do we have a leg to stand on at all?? Thank you to anyone that can help and I hope everyone else manages to sort their problems out too....

Hi,really worried about my holiday which is coming up in 5weeks. Had nothing but problems from this company. I paid 300 but a week later they tried to take it again and claimed they only took 3pound last payment. The cost of the holiday is constantly different. I've booked a week in Tenerife for 3 other girls so there money is on the line aswell. Had nothing but rude people answer the phone and never call me back! What shall I do?? Were lose over 1000pound if I cancel the hol!

HELP! booked a holiday with this company at the end of June through ICELOLLY.COM as DEAL OR NO DEAL ADVERTISE THIS COMPANY I THOUGHT THEY WOULD BE OK. Had nothing but trouble they 1. booked the wrong hotel for 3 rooms and 6 people. 2 said I had to pay extra for the hotel which was I agreed and asked them to debit it from my credit card at the begining of July 2012. But then had a message on my answer phone on the 16th Aug 2012 saying that if I didnt pay the balance I would loose my holiday by Tuesday 20th Aug. 3 I rang them on Friday 17th Aug to speak to someone 4 times with a promise of someone will call you back, which never happened and the last phone call we make the guy said he was the cleaner. 4. I emailed the hotel myself and Imperial travel have only booked us in for 7 nights not 8 nights which is what we have paid for and our flights are for the 7th of Sept not the 6th Sept , I dont know where we will sleep the last night. We have had no contact as yet and our holiday is in 13 days. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY LIE AND ARE NOT GENUINE and fob you off as being the cleaner funny how he knew how the company have been going for!!!!PS this was a special holiday with my parents and my sons this company have ruined everything DO NOT USE THEM

Ok, I've booked a holiday this year with Imperial for myself and a few mates.. we only wanted something cheap so we booked from icelolly through this company.

Advertised price 300PP, after I called and all their baggage add-ons etc it was 395PP.. I know this tends to be the case with Icelolly so we carried on and booked.

Firstly when you try to pay off the installments it is a joke, they answer the phone in the most rude abrupt way, they don't say anything like "hi your through to imperial travel"... it's just "whats your number we'll call you back"

Then you spend about 4 hours waiting for the phone call, so if you have any plans for the day you might aswell cancel!!

The 5 of us all called on seperate occasions to pay our remaining balance before the deadline, then when I call they say there is still £450 outstanding.. after a few hours they managed to locate their payment calander and could confirm that infact all the holiday had been paid (thank god).

We are going in 3 weeks so I'm hoping we're not in for any more nasty suprises with this company as so far they have been extremely unprofessional, rude and carless. - We booked with Olympic holidays last year and they was fine, these guys are not!

Be warned!Do not buy anything from this company, they mis-represent the holidays they are selling I thought I was going to a 5 star hotel and it was nothing better than a 3 star. They would not deal with my complaint,I phone them emailed them, they just pass the buck, one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with.
