Could anyone please let me know if they have booked with the afore mentioned company. They are registered at an address in Reading?
I have checked out their ABTA number and it does tie in with the address and company. I have booked for 8 adults going to crete in september and feel if anything goes wrong it will be all my fault.
Please help!

RUN RUN RUN....as fast as you can........ in the opposite direction. they are as much use as a chocolate fire guard in a heatwave!!

just a few problems i have encountered this week....

dont answer phones or emails (8 days it took to get through)
rude & arrogant
never return important calls
forget to reserve flight seats
fails to confirm full party in hotel
gives total amount of holiday over phone & when credit card statement arrives a further �300 has been added

if you have any problems just get in touch with ABTA for some direct line numbers and advice, they have just helped me out of a sticky situation with them. (i have a direct line number that ABTA uses should you need it just email me, i dont know if i can add it here or not)

on the plus side.......er?

i am in the same boat i am soooo worried abou using them now.. rudes company ive ever booked through.. does any1 have a email address for them or a contact of somone that may be able to help me within imperial travel (mmm not likely i imagine!)

i think its this one you want it is in reading.

We booked with yhis company a few weeks ago on a holiday to turkey, staying at the Caira resort hotel , and guess what it was over booked!

I booked all inclusive with this company got to hotel at midnight told we were not booked in
next day seen manager and was told onlt half board after 7 days trying to contact this company finally got matter resolved at great cost on mobile from tenerife got back e mailed company and still no reply
