Have used them twice, very good. Went to Australia with them and I would recommend them without hesitation.

I used Mercury Direct to go to Australia in September 2005 and had no problems whatsever. They arranged flights from Edinburgh to London, couple of nights stopover in Singapore and then 3 weeks in Australia

We were met at the airport and taken to the hotel and can honestly say they were one of the better package tour operators we have used

I have traveled with Mercury direct three times now and cannot fault their service, or choice of Hotels etc, I have been traveling the world for years both on business and for pleasure since my retirement and am very choosey about how I go and where I stay, you may have no fear about using this company they are fist class. My wife agrees with my comments also.

Hi folks thought that you would like to hear what an amazing holiday I had with mercury direct we went to Aussieland and it was one off the best holidays i can remember, the accomodation was first class we stayed at the turtel beach appartments, the place was superb, we could not falt one thing. We also booked with mercury direct to go to sirlanka but because of the sonami we had to cancelled, they were very quick at refunding out money and did everything they could to find us another holiday. And i am looking to go with them again in the very near future.

We had a fantastic holiday in Queensland, Australia with Mercury Direct. Superb apartment, chauffeured to/from airport, extra week free. The airline used was Japan Airlines, and Mercury arrange at our request a week long stopover in Tokyo, the only extra cost being the hotel.
Great company, and wouldn't hesitate to book with them again!
