Hi there

I have used OT Beach lots of times in the past and have never had a problem except a very very last minute holiday. If you book on line there system is not live so you don't actually book the holiday at that time on the net. They check within 24 hours after you've put in your holiday details on their system and let you know if the holiday is still there. ALWAYS RING THEM UP FOR LAST MINUTE HOLIDAYS. YOU LOSE YOUR ONLINE DISCOUNT BUT THE HOLIDAY IS BOOKED WHILST YOUR ON THE PHONE AND STILL CHEAP.

I wonder what the % of complaints is to the number of hols / flights sold. They must sell an enormous amount of holidays at the prices they charge.

Hope this helps someone

last august i travelled with the company and booked both the hotel and the flight, but when we got to the hotel at 3am they told us we could not check in until 2pm!! they would not offer us a room even though this was the companies mistake,, so we ended up spending our 1st night sleeping on sunbeds!!

Hi, I returned one week ago from a 2 week holiday in Turkey, booked through OTB.

Initially, when I booked it, I got a telephone call the next day to say that they had misquoted my hotel and we had to pay an extra 250 which we did. We then noticed on our bank statement 2 weeks later that they had proceeded to take another 250 out, on top of the extra payment they had already received. They did however lodge it back into our account, however nearly 2 weeks later I might add.

They completely mis represented our hotel too and through talking to other people whilst there, this had happened to them too. The hotel we were actually staying in was not the one they advertised but noone would do anything about it for us while we were there.

Apart from that, everything else went pretty smoothly but I would never book through them again. I think it would definitely be worth paying that little bit extra with a reputable company, at least you're ensured of where you're going and how much you're going to pay!

Had a phone call yesterday 2 say that the flight price had been increased by 15 per person. Hopefully no more charges now. Fingers crossed.

Welcome all!

We're happy to see OTbeach taking this step and posting on the HW forum.

If you do have an issue with OTbeach as a customer, please take it up with them first directly.

If you then feel you have cause for grievance please feel free to post your experience and/or opinions.

It's nice to see a travel agent at least participating in the discussion and OTbeach should be applauded for this, but again we would ask that your first point of contact should be with them.

To OTbeach - Welcome to HW and we look forward to your continued participation.
