did you get your money back? They called me today to day that our flights are full on the way out and that if i wanted to go on another day i would have to pay an extra 300. I checked the flights on their website and it would only be another 24!

Which means they didnt bother to book them when they took your money. Probably waiting for the price to drop so they could make more profit.
Binding contract at time of booking? I think you'll find there is.

Well, on a positive note, i've just returned from my second OTBeach holiday this morning. The first it was like clockwork, and this one has been great too. no problems at all. They might not be the most responsive company as far as comunications goes, but i've had no problems with them at all. they do respond and will help if you get the right person on the other end of the phone or email. As with anything anyone does online, read each web page carefully, and make sure you fill in details correctly, and lastly save copies of every page you use, to refer back to. Thanks for another great, cheap holiday OTB

All Inclusive doesnt mean transfers its your board basis. Onthebeach cant be held repsonsible for you not being aware on a COMMON term

I too have a holiday with the company for next year and queried transfers. When making the booking on the phone, or querying the transfers, the staff DO explain that the majority of transfers cant be booked for next year as they can only be done 6 months in advance! And also, if you book online, as i have also done previously but prefer the service on the telephone, they will offer a re-direction to a transfer company that you CAN book the transfers through. all in all, the staff have done as much as they can to help!

Don.
We have not long returned from Portugal booked through OTB and every thing was perfect.
We did everything through them flights hotel and transfers and it all went smoothly with no hiden costs and we had a very nice holiday.
I will be booking with OTB again this year and if there are any problems I will let you know.

I booked a holiday with onthebeach holidays last month to go to Corfu in July for myself and my husband.
The other day we received the flight details through the post and not the accomodation details. Is this the norm?? for onthbeach holidays to do this!!! I am getting nervous, I don't want to get to Corfu and we don't have any accomodation.
I have booked holidays over the net before without any problems, but reading other reviews I am abit concerned that I have made a mistake with booking with this company.

I've booked with them a few times now and ur accommodation details is on your email confirmation in the form of a voucher!!
I'm sure if you dont have it they will resend it if you contact them
I found them a lot cheaper than the high street, and never had any complaints. I think once you've booked with them once, and you see how easy it is and how smoothly it runs you'll book with them again

DONT USE THIS COMPANY>
I paid for a holiday with my credit card.
The following day they called and said the price was an extra 80 AND a day less than quoted.
I spoke to a manager who slammed the phone down on me when I said I wouldnt pay the extra.
Rang Trading Standards and explained.
I know I must have not been the only one this had happened to , as TS told me they would be visiting them.
Incidentally, for over a week after, the holiday was still being advertised on the website at the lower price.
RIP OFF MERCHANTS!!!!!!!!!
