Hi, I have to report more bad news with regards Onthebeach.
I booked with them on 07/10/08 this is what has happened.
I found a suitable flight and hotel, the price was good value- I booked and paid with c/card. Next page after booking and paying I was presented with a new page requesting a further £80 for luggage and meals! :o (No longer good value) Wait for it...I did not complete the page fast enough and the booking refreshed with no luggage/meals booked. So- many phone calls and much holding on the phone later(2hrs and 10mins @ a cost £12) I have now been told to submit a booking change request. Admin Fee £25.
This company are priceless. They have the best terms and conditions to protect themselves I have ever seen. The staff are very well drilled and do not offer any help at all. "Send a request via E-Mail" is all you get. God help you if you had a problem while abroad.

You must avoid onthebeach at all costs. (it will be your costs)
You must tell family and friends and even your enemies to avoid at all costs.
The sooner this company stops trading this way the better.
You have all been warned!
Now its time to speak to my trading standards officer.

Where have all the complaints gone?
There were hundreds of comments about onthebeach.CON but they have disappeared
