Hi, We also booked Early in July to go to Florida Mid August. Our Flights are with Thomas Cook - who say the flights are OK because they are ABTA bonded. The Car hire & Villa were booked with a company called Florida homes & Apts. this company is not ABTA bonded so only chance is to try & get money back through Card company we are told. I am disgusted with ABTA I really thought that if you booked with an ABTA travel agent your holiday was safe. ABTA tell me that by British law Florida homes & Apts. have to honour the booking but they refuse so what choice do we have except to pay for car hire & accomodation again & hope that the card company eventually get our money back. When we tried to cancel the whole holiday - what use are flights without accomadation? - we were told that we would have no chance of getting a full refund through the card company.

For Skybargains bookings with Jetset Tours, Flights and Tailor-Made Holidays, part of Cresta World Travel Ltd. We were a major supplier of scheduled flights to clients who booked through Skybargains. We hold an ATOL licence and are a member of ABTA, our clients can be assured that all monies paid to Skybargains for our bookings are fully protected. We have immediately contacted all clients by letter where the full price of future travel arrangements have not yet been received by us and are working through the ABTA Claims process to help passengers travel as planned. We are communicating with clients who have not yet received their flight tickets to ensure that they have all their documents prior to travel. If you have a Jetset confirmation or a Skybargains confirmation indicating that your flight arrangements are provided by Jetset and have any concerns then please e-mail
