Used sunmaster a few times, very good, well looked after, just remember transfers are not included.

Postby need a holiday!! on Mon Jun 09, 2008 22:08 pm

Hi We booked last July with Sunmaster. There are 5 of us, so trying to find a 2 bed apartment is quite expensive. They were brilliant, we had a really nice apartment at Levante near Benidorm. Flights were great times and it was 1000 cheaper than going to the High Street travel agents. Would definetely recommend.

Just looking to book through Sunmaster today for a holiday to Crete. Only thing that im wondering about is a resort rep. I may be sd but i quite like a re in resort, welcome meeting, organised tours. As far as i can see you book flights seperate from accomodation seperate from transfers. Does this mean ill have no rep, or is the rep attached to the hotel ??.

Cheers in advance

Have just got back from a week all inclusive in Majorca. We had nothing but trouble getting our paperwork from Sunmaster after changing our holiday 2 weeks before we went. After spending many hours waiting on the customer services line we eventually got them to fax the paperwork to us 2 days before we left. On arrival, the transfers (which they arranged for us) still were set up to take us to the other side of the island and we had to wait around for hours for replacement ones. The transfers to pick us up at the hotel at 5am to come home did not arrive after ringing twice to confirm time etc. When we rang their emergency number we were told sorry you will have to get a taxi yourself and pay yourself, even though we had already paid for the transfer. They were extremely rude. I would not go with Sunmaster again if you paid me !!!!

hi everyone we booked a weeks break in cyprus on 21st june 08, through sunmaster a full board holiday with transfers, for 2 adults came to 440 in total so rather than book on the internet, i phoned their number i did have around 15 minutes on the phone before someone answered but they said we would have to pay a little bit extra than the price seen on the internet but they could do the price at 518, we had to pick up our tickets from the airport on the departure date, but confirmation of our holiday arrived 2 days later in the post, we had a great holiday, and 518 for 2 adults full board with transfers we thought was a great deal, we are now looking for an all inclusive deal for august and would definately use sunmaster again

Hi
I have just booked with sunmaster to fly to Turkey next Sat. The reason the price on the internet is different is that it is not live. If you look it says holiday request (I found this out when i phoned) and it is mainly due to the fact that they use budget airlines whose prices fluctuate as seat capacity changes, so it is best to call . We are to collect our tickets at the airport and i researched the accommodation before I booked. What you need to remember is the problems highlighted can happen with all major tour ops. If you don't check out the accommodation first you are taking a chance. I will do a post when I get back to let you know how I got on. I would be interested to know if there is a rep, not that we ever use them, but just in case.
