love the old terms and conditions, soo soo many people just click that box without reading it first. i've even been caught out myself but was my own fault.
I know its tedious reading but you'd be suprised at what some companies put in the t&c's.

Hi.Just booked with sunmaster for a holiday in portugal for September 2008.All went well apart from the accomodation. When they phoned us,the accomodation (a 2 bed villa) was not available. The sunmaster rep said he would try to find something else.We were told a 1 bed villa was available at another price (£43 more). This was fine and the sunmaster rep then told us the call would now be recorded.(during the booking process)The rep then went through the flights, transfers and accomodation. It all seemed to be going very well until we received the documentation. The accomodation was a 1 bed apartment. We then called them up and were told they would listen to the recording of the booking and then call back. They did call back as promised but said no villa was ever mentioned but if we pay another £100 they could get it for us.We are going to the apartment and hope to have a nice holiday but one thing for sure is we wont EVER book with them again. We feel that we were misled by the rep but have absolutely no rights in the matter. You cannot get any type of refund from this company. So if you do decide to use them be very careful. We certaintly wont be using them again.

My booking price increased £200 - due to close proximity to August Bankholiday?
As booking is last minute, I was told I would receive tickets & hotel/transfer vouchers via email within 24 hours - nothing arrived within 48 hours - waiting.
Don't bother calling Customer Services on Friday pm or Saturday - gave up after listening to piped music for more than 10 mins on each ocassion!
I'll let you know final analysis.
Normally optimistic.

You reserve your holiday online. They then they ring you within 24hrs to tell you if that holiday is still available at the price quoted. AS IT ISNT A LIVE WEB SITE SO EVERY HOLS GOES UP in price and they dont call ya back so you end up having to call them, wont be booking though them again and the call centre was no help at all
