We travelled to Turkey via sunmaster 2 years ago. Upon our arrival the hotel we had booked was closed, which didn't impress us initially as you can imagine. We had no prior warning of this. The rep later claimed this was due to the fact that we didn't book our transfers through them and chose to make our own way from the airport. However, i must say that they MORE than compensated us...we were upgraded from a 2* hotel to a 5* hotel which was just up the road. We had no other problems whilst there and considered we had excellent value for money.
Hope this helps.

We booked via a company called travelvalue to travel in May and they were great. We are going back through them in September. You can book flights and accomodation seperately. As with all these kind of sights though, you never seem to get a rep in the price so although i have never had a problem, if you do then you have to try to sort it yourself. This doesn't worry me as i don't have children to consider. If i had kids then i think i would rather had an on-site rep to fight my battles for me!

Ihad no probs....remember after u get ur quote to telephone book using the number on top right hand side of the page. This means your hols is booked same day....thus no hike in price quotes!! got tickets in plenty of time!! Ifound the lady on the phone really friendly and helpful too.

When I booked with Sunmaster in May the application on line was a request. They ring you back and quote a higher price but as it was only a request, this works both ways. I declined the offer and said I would go with Thomas cook as it would work out the same price and include transfers. I was called back and offered the holiday again at the same price, which was about £60 cheaper than Thomas cook but they would include the transfers, I accepted. The only problem I had they got the age of 1 child wrong on the flight ticket, it took ages to get through on the phone. Everything went well & we enjoyed our holiday in Tenerife.

I have recently been with sunmaster on a holiday to spain. They were a very good tour operator. I would recommend them.

SUNMASTER BEWARE. beware the price they advertise your flights and holiday as may not be the price you end up paying.. we booked online with them and when we spoke to them the flights and hotels were allot more expensive than what they were advertising online.. infact nearly all their flights and all hotels were more expensive than they were adverising.
