Hi, I got back from a holiday Wednesday booked with Sunmaster. You reserve your holiday online paying a deposit. They then ring you within 24hrs to tell you if that holiday is still available at the price quoted. The holiday we chose had gone up by 40 each, due to an increase in flight prices. I checked with the flight provider and this was true. You then choose to book at the new price or decline. It was all very simple and the holiday went smoothly. Sunmaster first send you a confirmation in the post, then a voucher for accomodation, then your flight tickets come through about a week before you depart. Dont forget that no transfers are included or meals on the flight.

Hope this helps

Sally

Sunmaster are con men.
I booked a holiday with them - so called 3* All Inclusive! what a joke.
Food was disgusting - no lunch provided, loads of facilities in hotel closed, rooms were dirty and very basic. I originally booked a 4* but they rang and told me it was unavailable (after taking my money) and that if i didnt book something else with them i would lose my money.
Worst holiday I have ever had!
