Since Direct Holidays merged with Thomas Cook I have had nothing but problems ( as reported on here )
We go to Las Vegas tommorrow, After giving up getting through on the phone I have been emailing them for 3 weeks now and on the odd occasion i get a reply they say everything is amended and the new details have been posted and emailed to me.
Surprise Surprise I have received nothing!
I reported them to Abta 3 weeks ago and 2 days ago i get a form to fill in!
I seriously advise anyone to avoid Thomas Cook like the plague, its the worst service i have ever had the displeasure to deal with.
Only when i get to my Hotel ( if we get there) will we relax! and hoepfully enjoy our holiday.
